Daniel Dranca is a member of the Cluj-Napoca Mayor's Office since February 2008 and since November 2015 he is the Head of the Office for Energy Efficiency, Public Lighting of the Technical Department. In 2012 he graduated from the International Masters Program, Community Development and Urban Planning. He is also a graduate of the "Lighting Specialist" qualification program organized by the Romanian National Lighting Committee

Cosmin-Ionut Onaci currently holds the position of Data Analyst at Emerson Cluj. He graduated the Economic Governance of the Public Sector Masters Program in 2014, as well as a Bachelor's Degree Program in Public Administration (2012) at the Faculty of Political, Administrative, and Communication Sciences, Babeş-Bolyai University. The main areas of interest are public finances and local economic development.

Since 2012 Corina Fărcaş has been the project manager at S.C. PRO XPERT CONSULTING S.R.L., being responsible for the writing and implementation of non-reimbursable projects in various fields such as infrastructure, agriculture, production, services or education. The knowledge and skills gained in the Department of Public Administration and Management were the first important step that helped to work with project beneficiaries, mainly local public authorities.
