The Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences signed a partnership agreement with the Belis Mayoralty in March 2013 for a four-year term. FSPAC is to support the development of the Belis community, each of the departments of the faculty initiating activities in this field: organizing promotional and branding campaigns for the Belis community, updating the local development strategy, training for local elected officials, civil servants and people involved in community development and so on
The initiative is supported by the Transatlantic Institute for Public Management and Sustainable Communities (Michigan State University and Babeş-Bolyai University).
