FSPAC coordinated the local strategic development plans for Cluj-Napoca (2007-2013, 2014-2020). Both actions involved extensive consultations with relevant stakeholders in the community, an in-depth review of the regional, national and European strategic framework, the analysis of the existing situation and the demographic, economic, social, technological, etc. trends. The co-ordination group included both faculty faculty and students willing to put their shoulders to community development.
