Intergovernmental Scholarship Holders

 

a) Foreign students who want to get a Romanian Government scholarship must directly contact the Romanian Embassy in their respective country.

After they have been accepted by the Ministry of Education, Research and Innovation, they should contact the Centre for International Cooperation in order to get more information about their scholarship and accommodation.

The main condition is that applicants follow an academic programme taught in Romanian language. For each scholarship holder a Preparatory Year of Romanian Language is also financed by the Romanian state.

 

b) Scholarships awarded on the basis of bilateral agreements or on the basis of unilateral offerson the side of the Romanian state. Beneficiaries receive a monthly grant, the exemption from paying the tuition fees and free accommodation in the University’s campus.More information is available at: http://www.mae.ro
