Rémi Almodt is a PhD student and Research Assistant within the Department of Journalism and Digital Media at Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca. His research interests include political or politicised media communication on various digital platforms, especially transnational narratives and greater discourse, as well as the evolution of actor-specific discourse employed in social and digital media. His research focuses on multi-platform analyses of far-right discourse, narratives and framing of social movements, political organisations, and alternative, partisan news media in Europe. He is further involved in research about digital political campaigning, data-driven campaigning, their regulations and elections.
