Mária Botházi is part of the faculty at the Department of Journalism and Digital Media since 2016 (line of study in Hungarian language). She graduated with a degree in Journalism in 2001. Since then she worked as a journalist and columnist at daily and weekly newspapers, including Krónika, Transindex, and Erdélyi Napló. From 2017 to 2018 she was editor-in-chief of the women's magazine Nőileg. Currently she is a publicist at Főtér.ro and editor-in-chief of the media science journal Medok.
